Mike Pauly, Newcastle to Hobart

Mike left Trafalgar this morning at about 5:30 am and the weather was not all that bright but it was comfortable for walking.

Some rain encountered approaching Nilma which is refreshing as long as it doesn’t get too heavy.

His aim was to reach a town called Nilma where he was to meet a relative of a friend and he intends to stay overnight.

After that the next stop should be Pakenham which is about 49 km from Nilma.

A short walk today and a quiet one which I am sure Mike will take advantage of.
